The son of a fruit vendor in Nepal is the shortest man explains the world, but 18-year-old Kahagendra Thapa Magar prepared as goodwill ambassadors to act for his country, charities warned of the difficulties of living with this condition.

Magar family has to formulate a long campaign for Guinness World Records officials to its position, but the organization insisted on waiting until 64cm (26.4in) Teen 18 years old.

"We are very proud of our son," said his father, Bahadur Thapa Magar Louie. "Our dream has finally come true.

Local doctors believe he has a kind Clock dwarfism, a term for rare diseases that affect only hundreds of people around the world.

Magar, the Colombian 27in Edward Nino Hernandez goes by without the smallest man on the planet already traveling with a group of dancers and his government represented his people celebrating Visit Nepal 2011. "I am very happy and glad," he said.

Sue, from Maghull in Merseyside, said: "He has delayed a high voice and its development, it is probably about two, two and a half years old, he is repeatedly on a ventilator due to pneumonia .. but he is very social and he goes on a public school with one-to-one support.
